Charlie researches and evaluates potential acquisition and expansion opportunities for Endeavor Schools. He analyzes the financial performance and market information to support Endeavor’s acquisition initiatives while executing key transaction and diligence activities. He works closely with school owners and other intermediaries on evaluating, structuring & implementing value-add partnerships to grow Endeavor Schools.
Prior to his current role as Senior Analyst of Corporate Development at Endeavor Schools, Charlie worked within the Investment Bank as part of the Global Securitized Products team at Citigroup in New York for two years. During his time at Citigroup, Charlie led key execution processes and covered clients across auto, credit card, student loans and esoteric sectors. He also rotated through three different groups: Origination, Analytics, and Syndicate. Prior to his stint at Citigroup, Charlie interned at Perez-Abreu, Aguerrebere, Sueiro & Torres, P.L. in Miami as an auditor and worked part-time in Equipment / Field Operations at the Miami Dolphins for four years.

Charlie graduated from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business with an emphasis in Finance. At Ann Arbor, Charlie was heavily involved on campus as a member of the BBA Finance Club and played competitive intramural sports. Charlie also co-founded the return of Phi Sigma Kappa to the University as a founding father and Philanthropy Chair.

Charlie was originally born and raised in Miami. He is a traveling, fitness and skiing enthusiast. Charlie is Series 7, 63, and 79 certified.
