Human Resources Business Partner

Jennifer Garcia-Gonzalez provides administrative support to Endeavor’s executive management team. As Headquarter Manager, her areas of responsibility include day-to-day operations, human resources management, employee relations, compliance, training, and supervision of support staff and systems.

Prior to joining Endeavor, she served as a title agent for a law firm in Coral Gables, where she was involved in hundreds of real estate transactions. Jennifer earned her Associate of Arts with a concentration in Business Administration from Miami Dade Community College.

Jennifer currently resides in Miami with her husband and three daughters.
