Endeavor Schools Expands West Coast Presence with Acquisitions in Seattle and Southern California

Endeavor Schools has expanded its West Coast presence with the acquisition of Montessori schools in Washington and California.

The new additions include International Montessori Academy, a toddler through 5th-grade school with three locations in Seattle, and Montessori Academy on the Ranch in Rancho Mission Viejo, California, which offers programs for children between the ages of 18 months and 6 years.

Both schools have stellar reputations in their communities for providing high-quality educational programs, talented teachers, and inspiring learning environments in beautiful settings. International Montessori Academy’s three campuses have a combined capacity for nearly 350 students and Montessori on the Ranch can serve 180 students.

“We are very excited to welcome International Montessori Academy and Montessori Academy on the Ranch to our family,” said Endeavor Schools CEO Ricardo Campo. “Both of these schools demonstrate the qualities we look for in terms of track record, reputation, and academics. They provide excellent educational environments with teachers who truly care about giving children the best education possible. We look forward to working with these schools to help them continue doing the exceptional work they are known for in their communities.”

With International Montessori Academy in Seattle, Endeavor Schools will have its first three campuses in Washington, giving it locations in all three states on the West Coast. The company has a strong presence in California and Montessori Academy on the Ranch in Rancho Mission Viejo will be its eighth campus in the Golden State. In addition, Endeavor Schools has owned and operated schools in Portland, Oregon, since 2016.

“Entering the Seattle market is an exciting move forward for our company,” said Jason Mauricio, the Executive Vice President of Acquisitions at Endeavor Schools. “With our increasing number of schools on the West Coast, we are ensuring that more families have access to high-quality early education and that teachers can rely on the Endeavor Support team to help them to unleash their potential so the child we serve can thrive.”

Endeavor Schools now owns and operates more than 95 schools in 14 states for ages ranging from infancy to the high school level. These schools utilize a variety of educational styles and methods. Montessori schools are integral to the Endeavor Schools portfolio and account for approximately one-third of the company’s campuses across the country.
