Endeavor Schools Appoints Linda Fournier as Chief Marketing Officer

Endeavor Schools today announced the appointment of Linda Fournier as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In this role, Fournier will lead the company’s national marketing strategy as Endeavor expands its footprint and brings high-quality education to more communities across the United States.

Fournier brings over 20 years of experience driving growth, elevating brand value, and championing customer-centric strategies for purpose-driven organizations. She has a strong track record of harnessing data-driven insights, creative vision, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate performance. Her expertise spans revenue generation, advanced analytics, brand positioning, performance and digital marketing, marketing technology, and financial strategy, all of which will support Endeavor’s mission to create enriching environments where students and educators flourish.

As CMO, Fournier will oversee brand strategy, enrollment growth and family engagement, digital marketing, communications, and data-driven insights. She will collaborate closely with school leaders to drive sustainable enrollment growth and deliver a seamless, personalized experience across the family journey.

Fournier holds an MBA in finance and accounting from DePaul University and a BS in business administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
